Mangalica

Mangalica is a Hungarian pig breed from which the meat is being considered the tastiest and the fattest in the world. Mangalica pig is also called the Wagyu amongst the different pig breeds because of its high intramuscular fat content that is characteristic for this piece of meat. The animals are held outdoors all year where they search the Earth looking for roots and other delicacies. Additionally the pigs are being fed high quality cereal products but they themselves are responsible for amassing a significant portion of their own food from the wild.
